Ibalong Festival 2012

Ibalong Festival 2012 Street Dancing Presentation started to assemble around 12:30 PM and the MPCI Family were also gathered at the Tourism building, Penaranda Park, Old Albay, Legazpi City. It is always good to take some frames before the street dancing start as the different contingents were preparing and in high spirit. They are more relaxed and make up are still fresh. :D It is also a great time to shoot some special guests and spectators in the area. Here are some frames form the recent event.
